Dr. Justin Tucker
When you become a patient of Prologue, you are stepping into a world of my creation. My constant reference point as I constructed and now continue to evolve the service we offer you, is making sure we are always providing the type of care that I would want my sister to receive. A place where you can reliably access an environment and team that will honestly nurture, advocate, protect and care for in every way possible.
I grew up in the outer suburbs of Melbourne and went on to complete a science degree at The University of Melbourne. I hadn’t always intended on being a doctor and certainly wasn’t pushed by my non-medical parents. I then moved to Sydney and completed my medical degree at The University of Sydney. Following this, I returned to Melbourne where I started to specialise in Emergency Medicine but then realised Obstetrics and Gynaecology was the perfect specialty for me. I undertook most of my specialty training at Monash Medical Centre and then moved back to Sydney to do a fellowship in Obstetrics at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. During this time I completed a Masters in Reproductive Medicine and soon after that started an affiliation with Monash IVF.
In early 2018 I opened my private practice….now known as Prologue….and I love it! Both Obstetrics and Fertility are among the few remaining specialties where there is still an element of creativity involved. They are also areas of medicine where possessing good clinical skills, common sense and emotional intelligence makes a very real difference to outcomes. I love that I have the opportunity to curate an exceptional team to be available to you and create a space and opportunities to enhance your journey. At Prologue, we pay attention to every detail and will never settle for anything but the best, as that is what you deserve!
polly Delaney
Registered Midwife, Registered Nurse & Lactation Support at Prologue
Polly is a brilliant asset to the Prologue team and a wonderful resource for our obstetric patients. Polly is an experienced midwife who works on the Delivery Suite at the Mater Hospital. She is also a Registered Nurse and Mum to 3 children. Polly is crucial in Prologue being able to offer a holistic style of support to our obstetric patients, not only during their pregnancy but also as they are navigating those first few challenging months caring for and feeding a newborn.
Natasha Xenakis
We know that a common complaint from those patients receiving fertility treatment from the larger fertility companies, is that they feel like a number. That is why Prologue has their own dedicated nursing team that is on site here in our rooms. This means we have control over your experience and exactly how you are cared for.
Natasha is Prologue’s Head Fertility Nurse. Her role is to remember you, what you’re doing, how we decided to do it and to be your experience advocate during your fertility treatment. She is supported by the team here at Prologue and will work closely with the team at Monash IVF to make sure they are seamlessly incorporated into your journey when needed. We have made sure that Natasha is contactable by you and that you also have access to after hours support if you should need it. She will make sure you understand and feel comfortable and confident as you move forward in your treatment. Debriefing and trouble shooting is also a very crucial part of fertility care and Natasha will play a major role in delivering that aspect of our service to you.

Yolanda is the Head of Operations at Prologue and is the driving force behind us being able to offer you a patient focused fertility experience that is unrivaled. Yolanda is the perfect blend of being tech savvy, efficient and responsive, as well as responsible. Yolanda is also our Fertility Coordinator and will be your advocate as we make sure your fertility journey is started in a way that is efficient, focused, paperless, straight forward and budget conscious. She also acts as a great connection between you and our Prologue nursing team to make sure communication and your needs are always considered and optimised.

Vivi Lama
Known and constantly reviewed for her smile and welcoming presence, Vivi is the Practice Lead of Prologue. She oversees the running of the practice as a whole. Another big part of Vivi’s contribution to Prologue is ensuring consistency and clarity in the service we provide so we can offer a dependable, mindful, flexible and unrivaled experience for you. At Prologue, we take your privacy seriously. In her role, Vivi focuses on making sure all of Prologue’s systems are up to date and protected, meaning your records and data are safe and secure.

Mariam is a very valued Client Experience Manager and Social Media Manager at Prologue. Mariam is motivated and emotionally intelligent and is here to add her brand of specialness to your experience with us.
